  • Manage your account and authenticate you.

4. Google Sign-In and OAuth data

If you choose Sign in with Google, authentication is handled by Clerk on our behalf. We receive basic account data from Google, such as your name, email address, and profile photo, to create and secure your Follio account.

  • We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Calendar, or other Google user data for sign-in.
  • We use Google account data only for authentication, account security, and personalized account display.
  • We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the website, and we may use other cookies for preferences, analytics, and product improvement where permitted by law.

6. Sharing and retention

We may share information with service providers, affiliates, business partners, other users in public areas, or third parties when required by law or with your consent.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where practical.

Follio is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
